Minimum Qualifications
Must meet one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and at least 1 of the most recent 2 years’ experience in Employee Relations
- 3 of the most recent 5 years’ experience in Employee Relations in a similarly sized organization
Demonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills appropriate to the position.
Knowledge of a full range of HR functions including recruiting, placement, total rewards, employee relations, labor and employment law, and policy/process development.
Strong judgment, customer service, communication (oral and written), and process-oriented problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business, or related field.
Proven knowledge of Human Resource administration in a healthcare facility.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
SHRM-CP; SHRM-SCP
ResponsibilitiesEnsures efficient and integrated administration of day-to-day Employee Relations services through appropriate employee relations approaches, processes, and procedures. Fosters a fair and just culture by maintaining strong communication and positive relationships with management and staff to promote high levels of employee engagement.
