• Become an expert in Cynergy Implementation Methodology and use it on all Continuous Value Services engagements.
• Demonstrate competency in the Workday product suite – HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.
• Manage 20 small to medium Continuous Value Services engagements.
• Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status, and elevate non‑resolved issues.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Principal Consultants working on CVS engagements.
• Work with the client project manager and/or sponsor to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames.
• Ensure project tasks are delivered within the budget outlined in the Statement of Work and according to the agreed‑upon Service Level Agreements.
• Present clients with change orders when Cognizant is asked to perform tasks outside the scope of the SOW.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Practical experience in HR, Finance, or Payroll.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management and multitasking skills in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent project‑management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self‑motivation.
• Capability to collaborate with remote project teams with diverse work styles and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note).
• Minimal travel required; willingness to travel on‑site if needed.

Applications will be accepted until 01/26/2026. The annual salary for this position is between $159,204 and $201,346, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
