Workday Integrations Principal Consultant - Global AMS (Global Application Managed Services)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Principal Consultant for our Global Application Managed Services (AMS) practice  consultant will lead integration work streams, drive service improvements, and mentor a high‑performing team.

• Lead onshore integration work streams for assigned accounts, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality.
• Apply and execute AMS methodologies and activities across engagements.
• Collaborate with offshore teams on day‑to‑day activities, incidents, root‑cause analysis, and work requests.
• Provide on‑call support and holiday coverage as required.
• Drive trend analysis, service improvement initiatives, and value additions; contribute to asset and tool development.
• Implement process monitoring and guide the team in following industry best practices.
• Establish accurate project estimates and participate in new proposals and RFPs.
• Execute day‑to‑day Workday Integration project activities for diverse customer contracts.
• Deliver subject‑matter expertise on Workday best practices.
• Lead a team of consultants across multiple engagements.
• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and propose solutions to complex problems.
• Develop deep knowledge of integration builds and future product direction.
• Mentor peers and share product knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of corporate applications portfolio experience with 5+ years in client‑facing managed services across global delivery.
• At least 3 years of Workday Integration experience with expert knowledge.
• Workday Integration & Studio certifications required;
  Workday certification preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. The annual salary ranges from USD $106,171 to $159,257, depending on experience and qualifications.
