TECHNICAL SUPPORT - Mobile, AL - Salary approx. $70k

Our client in Mobile, AL is a world leader in aerospace design and manufacturing company. We are working with them to find qualified technical people for Technical Support to assist production in the technical field, analyzing and solving technical issues in accordance with product definitions. This is a contract position with a salary of $70k annually.

• Ensure compliance with product definitions and monitor new product definitions
• Analyze, process, and follow up on non-conformities with the relevant departments
• Conduct technical investigations related to issues
• Create and/or update work orders to bring products into compliance with the product definition
• Participate in updating product tracking on client software
• Monitor and report discrepancies in product definitions (attribution and routing to the relevant entity, etc.)
• Search for and provide production with technical documents, plans, standards, etc.
• Create tooling notices (repairs/maintenance)
• Participate in various meetings
• Order and monitor the production of special and/or urgent parts
• Responsible for providing a technical response in compliance with product definitions (plans, standards, etc.)
• Responsible for reporting discrepancies in the manufacturing dossier to avoid production delays or product non-conformities
• Provides technical support to production, engineering, and preparation offices with close communication with operators, various departments, and clients
• Reports blocking points and progress on assigned activities to the manager

• Knowledge of industrial environment
• Knowledge of aerospace products, services and/or techniques related to the specific activity domain
• Oran and written communication skills
• Knowledge of tools and/or equipment used
• Mastery of technical documentation (ability to use technical documentation)
• Knowledge of office software, internal software, and client-specific software
• Knowledge of internal and client procedures
• Knowledge of technical and general English (reading, writing, speaking)

• The activity is carried out during regular or shift hours (2x8, 3x8)
• Presence of chemical products in the work environment
• Frequent travel to different workstations
• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining training/qualifications related to the job
• Ensure the traceability of operations performed, tools and/or products used
• Adhere to hygiene, safety and working conditions regulations
