CENCO Claims is a trusted leader in independent adjusting services, committed to delivering timely, accurate, and professional claims handling. We are expanding our daily claims operations and are seeking a skilled Daily Property Adjuster to service the Mobile, AL area.

As a Daily Property Adjuster with CENCO Claims, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling residential and commercial property claims. This is a field-based position requiring hands-on inspections and timely file reporting.

• Inspect and assess property damage for residential and light commercial losses
• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
• Take comprehensive photo documentation and obtain supporting evidence
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, carriers, and internal teams
• Submit thorough and timely reports in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and integrity while representing CENCO Claims in the field

• 2 years of property adjusting experience preferred
• Proficient in Xactimate estimating software
• Strong knowledge of construction and property damage assessment
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel locally
• Must be licensed in the state of Alabama or hold a designated home state license
• Ability to manage a consistent workload with minimal oversight
