The Randal Rocker Agency, part of Farmers Insurance District 50-05, is seeking a driven and personable Licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing team in Mobile, Alabama. • Sell and service Personal and Commercial Property & Casualty insurance policies.
• Prospect and build relationships with new and existing clients through calls, referrals, and community outreach.
• Identify customer needs, explain coverage options, and recommend the right insurance solutions.
• Manage renewals and cross-sell opportunities within the agency’s client base.
• Maintain accurate records in agency CRM systems and follow up promptly with all prospects.

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty License (Personal & Commercial lines required).
• Proven ability to close sales and meet production goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Prior experience in insurance sales preferred.

• Base salary: $25,000 – $30,000 per year (negotiable based on experience).
• Commission: 4 % on all new sales.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities.
