In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic, Madison, WI (relocation to Madison, WI required)
Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. The role involves managing litigation and regulatory matters, providing counsel on emerging competitive landscapes, and navigating legal risks as the company expands its offerings.
Responsibility Highlights• Draft and argue motions and briefs
• Conduct oral arguments
• Lead settlement negotiations
• Try cases and handle competition and regulatory litigation (experience preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
- Strong academic and professional background
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- COVID-19 vaccination required
