• Trial Preparation & Representation:Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including motions and court appearances, while representing clients in legal proceedings.
• Depositions & Legal Advocacy:Conduct depositions, advocate for clients’ rights, and negotiate settlements when appropriate.
• Collaboration:Work effectively within a team while also managing individual case responsibilities.
• Client Communication:Maintain clear, professional communication with clients regarding case updates and legal processes.

Qualifications:

• Legal Expertise:In-depth knowledge of law, legal proceedings, and trial processes.
• Experience:Proven experience handling motions, depositions, and court appearances.
• Skills:Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Education & Licensing:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to the Alabama and/or Mississippi state bar and in good standing.
