Our client is a leading commercial contractor in the Southeast is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee ground‑up and renovation projects ranging from $1M–$20M+. This role leads project teams, manages budgets and schedules, and ensures strong client relationships and high‑quality project delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.
- Lead and mentor project staff including Superintendents, APMs, and Project Engineers.
- Oversee budgets, contracts, procurement, and change management.
- Review schedules, cost reports, and project progress regularly.
- Conduct jobsite visits and lead subcontractor and OAC meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Procore (RFIs, Submittals, Daily Logs, Meetings, etc.).
- Drive client communication and ensure smooth handoff at closeout.
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years running $3M–$20M projects.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
- Procore proficiency.
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- OSHA‑30 preferred.
