- Up to 90‑100% travel during the Trainee Program
- Valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for the entire work shift
- Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA
- Background in a highly regulated or high-volume retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, technical, and leadership skills
