Position: Center Manager in Training - Relocation Required

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Participate in an advanced leadership development program with extensive training and mentorship
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
  • Create a positive donor experience to retain donors and assist with production
  • Provide operational support and conduct management training in a fast‑paced team environment
  • Network and learn from Bio Life team members across the country while traveling for the role
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program
  • 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
  • Up to 90‑100% travel during the Trainee Program
  • Valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for the entire work shift
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and the FDA
  • Background in a highly regulated or high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, technical, and leadership skills
