Safety CoordinatorLocation:
Mobile, AL.

- Three years of experience as a Safety Coordinator or comparable management experience.
- Knowledge of Construction/General Industry as pertains to OSHA.
- Experience with Writing policies and procedures for health and safety.
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel/Teams.
- Good organizational skills

- Desired but not required.
- OSHA 30 or OSHA 510
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments daily/weekly to identify potential hazards on both jobsites and warehouses and recommend corrective action to the proper manager and Division Manager.
- Lead Safety Meetings as requested.
- Investigate and analyze accidents, near misses, and hazardous conditions to identify root causes and implement preventative measures to reduce accidents.
- Maintain records of training etc., as they apply to the safety program, and teach as needed.
- Attend all required meetings as requested by the Regional Safety Manager, Director of Safety or Division Manager.
- Update and maintain the Safety Data Sheets for the division yearly or as needed to ensure chemicals are up to date.
- Works with Management and Employees to resolve any safety related issues.
- Continuously learn and attend development classes as requested.
- Any other assigned duties by the Director of Safety and Regional Safety Manager.
