Position SummaryThe Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of apartment communities. This role ensures clients receive timely, high‑quality service while identifying opportunities to grow CAC’s full range of offerings—including painting, cleaning, repairs, turns, and maintenance solutions. It is a client‑facing role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building strong relationships, and helping properties operate smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with property managers and on‑site teams
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee service schedules with Operations and Scheduling
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to ensure work quality and gather property needs
- Present proposals, secure approvals, and support account revenue growth
- Capture job details, photos, and notes using Hub Spot & Zuper
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and concerns
- Identify opportunities for bundled services, expanded scopes, and additional work orders
- Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, and Finance to ensure accurate billing and documentation
- Represent CAC with professionalism, accountability, and integrity at all times
- 2+ years of experience in property services, facilities management, construction, or account management highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable visiting properties and walking units or sites
- Tech‑savvy – CRM or field service software experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work within the United States
- Frequent local travel between apartment communities in the Panama City area
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during property visits
- Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
- Total compensation range: $40,000–$70,000+ (base + commission)
