Then we need to have a conversation about our company, a Strategic Executive Advisement firm. Your advice with our tools will allow you to guide CEO’s to making the right decisions in leading, directing, managing, training, motivating as well as hiring and recruitment. This will be done using factual data and analytics, instead of the old school method of resumes and subjective interviewing.
Culture Index measures “who” the person really is, not “the what”, which is their resume and subjective interviews.

Please note:
This is a 1099 contractor position. Earnings are commission-based (or project-based/etc.), and while you can make up to $150k annually, income may vary, especially in your first year.
Qualifications:
- A strong track record in sales or consulting with proven results
- Experience advising businesses on strategy and growth
- Confidence and presence to influence executive leaders
- A self-starter mindset—highly driven and independent
- Resilience and problem-solving skills in complex situations
- The ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfort working with senior leadership teams
- Flexibility to adapt in fast-changing environments
- A growth mindset and passion for learning
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A network and awareness of best practices in your field
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with CEOs, executives, and business owners
- Lead strategic conversations to identify business challenges
- Use Culture Index tools to analyze team performance and structure
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients
- Guide companies in hiring, leadership, and organizational growth
- Manage your own client portfolio and sales process
- Follow up consistently and build long-term partnerships
- Stay informed on business trends and client needs
- Attend training and development sessions to sharpen your skills
- Represent the Culture Index brand with professionalism and impact
