- Assemble (install or disassemble) nacelles, engine systems, and nacelle components or equipment in accordance with defined processes, using all recommended means and respecting Quality, HSE and planning requirements.
- Ensure the availability and conformity of the documentation (complete file and coherent indices) necessary for assembly and/or dismantling operations.
- Confirm the availability and validity of the means of production, used products and required parts for assembly and/or disassembly operations.
- Report any failures.
- Handle nacelle elements for availability on the workstation/tool mounting.
- Install all nacelle and engine hardware, including rivets, screws, bolts, nuts, etc.
- Adjust elements after engine installation and on delivery trolley equipment, following nacelle settings.
- Carry out touch‑up painting and minor cosmetic improvement repairs or rework.
- Completing related documents to guarantee traceability of the operations performed.
- Maintain the workstation, tools and work area in accordance with FOD policy both on site and at the customer’s facility.
- Identify and report real‑time problems encountered and HSE risks to the manager.
- Address disruptions from normal operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement actions of the production process.
- Engage in Real‑Time Problem Resolution activities.
- Be willing to perform any task or job requirement handed down by upper operations, managing support team.
- Follow all instructions provided by leadership to achieve team goals and satisfy customer needs and demands.
- General aeronautical knowledge and strong interest in the sector.
- Good knowledge of adjustment, assembly and installation techniques of aviation hardware and equipment.
- Respect and understanding of quality policy, standards and continuous improvement tools.
- Ability to understand technical documents (ranges, instruction sheets).
- Willingness to travel abroad for an extended period for training and support.
