The Production Supervisor manages day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining product quality standards, and enforcing safety regulations. The role involves direct supervision of production staff, coordination with other departments, and continuous improvement of production processes.

• Supervision and Leadership – oversee daily operations, scheduling, task assignment, training, mentorship, evaluation, and conflict resolution.
• Production Management – plan, organize, supervise manufacturing processes, monitor schedules, implement quality control standards, adjust to demand changes.
• Process Improvement – identify improvement areas, implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, collaborate with engineering and quality teams.
• Safety and Compliance – enforce safety policies, conduct audits and training, ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, regulatory requirements.
• Resource Management – manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, coordinate maintenance of equipment, minimize downtime.
• Reporting and Documentation – maintain accurate production records, prepare and present reports on performance, issues, improvements to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of production management, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficient in using production management software and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
