Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• Program multi‑axis (5‑axis) CNC machines for complex parts and tooling.
• Create CNC programs from blueprints, CAD files, and reverse‑engineered parts.
• Optimize toolpaths, cutting‑tool selection, and feed/speed adjustments for machining efficiency.
• Perform gear machining programming for spur, helical, worm, bevel, and spline gears.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines and resolve programming discrepancies.
• Interpret CAD files and technical drawings for accurate machine setups.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to refine machining processes.

• Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of tooling, setups, feeds, and speeds.
• Strong knowledge of G‑code and CNC setup procedures.
• Attention to detail for precision machining.
• Problem‑solving and adaptability skills.
• Prior hands‑on machining or setup experience highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
