Production Team Member

• Performs operations on engine parts per process planning. Operations may include the use of hand tools, operating some machines, and measuring/validating parts for conformance.
• Performs priming and painting of production parts per process planning.
• Performs engine disassembly and supports core reclamation per process planning.
• Media blasting and soda blasting; works with Alodine and phosphate.
• Works with crankshaft, crankcase, cylinder heads and other components.

• Paint and prime production parts by following detailed work instructions. Parts must conform to aerospace standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions to perform operations.
• Use pneumatic tools and vibratory tumbler machines to deburr engine parts in production operations.
• Use washers and hand tools to clean engine parts.
• May assemble and disassemble parts to be machined.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must meet physical requirements to wear respirators, face shields, apron, gloves, eye protection, and other protective equipment.
• Paint process equipment (paint guns, prep equipment).
• Precision measurement devices (calipers, surface and depth gauges, go-no go gauges).

• High School Diploma / GED / Equivalent or Higher
