Production Supervisors & Production Manager

• Empties Waste Carts into Baling Machine and operates Baling Machine
• Moves bales to staging area
• Replaces paste totes
• Maintains a clean work area
• Removes core waste and filled fibre trash drums from the production flow and dumps them in the dumpster
• Operates the S20 Tennant Sweeper to clean dust and debris off of the production and warehouse floor
• Consolidates and disposes of finished paste drums from production
• Provides incidental backup Lift Driver support as needed, especially on weekends
• Completes all required paperwork associated with job responsibilities and duties
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Reads, understands and follows all rules, regulations and work instructions
• Arrives at the workplace, before the shift begins, day in and day out
• Works scheduled overtime (weekdays / weekends)
• Lifts up to 60 lbs. repeatedly
• Can operate a forklift, the baler, a S20 Tennant sweeper, and a “Tugger” after sufficient training
• Leads and coordinates group activities and cooperates with other crews

• Writes legibly and performs basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Expresses thoughts freely and speaks clearly
• GED or HS Diploma
• 1 yr. manufacturing experience preferred
