Production Manager
Pro Ampac is seeking a manufacturing leader to mentor and oversee safety, operations and quality across the team in a fast-paced plant. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years of related manufacturing process experience, plus strong problem solving and communication skills.
This role pays between $75,000 - $85,000 annually in Alabama, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(K) match, PTO and life insurance.
