Chick-fil-A Mobile is seeking a process-oriented Shift Leader & LEAN Process Coordinator to join the leadership team. You will spend most shifts on the floor while owning a high-impact focus area in LEAN Continuous Improvement, applying waste-reduction and motion-mapping to boost speed and profitability.
You will lead front-of-house or back-of-house shifts, run real-time transitions, and report observations and metrics to the Operations Director.
