We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist—someone who thrives on getting out in the field, learning the business firsthand, and working closely with the team to craft impactful marketing materials and campaigns. This role goes beyond sitting behind a desk; it’s about connecting with the people, products, and customers that make the business work.

You’ll collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to tell the company’s story—developing content and tools that support business growth and strengthen brand presence in the industrial marketplace.

• Partner with regional teams to understand their work and translate it into effective marketing materials, digital content, and campaigns.
• Develop sales collateral, brochures, product sheets, videos, and event materials that reflect the company’s capabilities and customer value.
• Plan and support local trade shows, open houses, and customer engagement events.
• Manage vendor and partner co-branding initiatives.
• Track performance of marketing activities and identify new opportunities for visibility and growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• A hands‑on mindset and willingness to spend time in the field with the team.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Comfortable with occasional travel for events and on‑site collaboration.
