Communities of Transformation‑Montgomery Site Coordinator VISTA

Communities of Transformation (COT) is കുട്ട‍ a holistic, relational nonprofit focused on poverty alleviation in every community. The Coordinator of Community Engagement VISTA will support COT’s mission by building and strengthening community partnerships across Montgomery, AL.

• Recruit churches, civic clubs, social service agencies, governmental entities, and individuals to support the initiative.
• Coordinate and lead the volunteer Leadership Team.
• Partner with the Leadership Team to secure cash and in‑kind funding for the community site.
• Identify and coordinate referral partners for participant recruitment.
• Design, implement, and evaluate recruitment and training programs for participants and volunteers.

• Strong leadership and public speaking skills.
• Experience in team building and volunteer organization management.
• Recruitment and community organization skills.
• Effective communication and fundraising/grant‑writing proficiency.
• Commitment to working with families in poverty.
