• Assist with patients and participants care activities.
• Assist with procedures ordered by a physician and supervised by a registered nurse (RN).
• Accommodate patients and participants with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
• Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with keeping patients and participants rooms clean and orderly.
• Monitor patients and participants environment for safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.

High school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience and an active certification as a nurse aide (CNA) in the state of Alabama.

Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.
