• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all nursing staff, including new employee orientation, continuing education, and skills training
• Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions
• Collaborate with directors and managers to implement organizational goals and objectives
• Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and job performance
• Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and training

• Minimum Years of
  
  Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state licensure.
• Level of
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred;
  Master's Degree in Nursing is a plus.
