• Assess patient status throughout the episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perianesthesia plan of care and implement it.
• Provide accurate, concise hand‑off reports to teammates.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of PACU experience preferred.
• Current state licensure with good standing.
• Successful completion of BLS or BCLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• Successful completion of ACLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• Required PALS certification when pediatric care is part of facility scope.
• Specialty certification in perioperative or perianesthesia nursing preferred.
