CRNP V 7 On/7
Off
In collaboration with a Physician, assumes total patient care for designated patients. Plans, implements, coordinates, and evaluates comprehensive care to ensure quality and continuity of care delivery. CRNP V 7 On/7
Off works independently and bills under their own provider number the majority of the time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited program of advanced practice nursing or Graduation from an accredited program for Physician's Assistant
- Advanced knowledge and skills in the delivery of nursing service
Licensure/Registration/Certification:
- One of the following:
- Current Alabama RN license
- Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*
- CRNP credentialed by the Alabama Board of Nursing and collaboration with physician approved by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners
- After June 1, 2012, ACLS or BLS is required for hire
