Position Overview

Customer‑Facing On‑Site Representative to represent our brand at OEM partners and perform quality engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
  • Plan and conduct analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of the assigned product or component.
  • Devises sampling procedures, designs, and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Establish a program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
  • Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
  • Review all purchased products or components and provide input to the decision to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
  • Document data obtained during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities.
  • Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and provide recommended process improvements to management.
  • Prepare reports to communicate involvement and results of quality activities.
  • Prepare and present technical and program information to team members and management.
  • Direct technical and administrative workers engaged in quality activities.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of government and industry quality codes and standards.
Qualifications
  • BA in Aerospace or related field with 5 years of experience in general aviation engine maintenance and support.
  • Experience in regulated industry (FAA/FDA).
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.
