Real Estate Sales Mentor
We're looking for an experienced real estate professional who enjoys coaching agents, developing talent, and building a successful real estate team.
This opportunity combines real estate coaching with team growth. You'll work with agents provided through our coaching program, helping them improve their sales skills, build their businesses, and gain practical experience while creating opportunities to expand your own team.
You'll coach agents on prospecting, database management, client communication, contracts, negotiations, and the daily activities that lead to real estate sales. You'll also conduct coaching appointments, provide weekly accountability, and help agents develop productive business habits.
What You'll Be Doing:- Coach agents on real estate contracts and negotiations
- Teach database, CRM, and sphere of influence marketing
- Conduct individual coaching appointments
- Provide weekly accountability and sales training
- Help agents improve prospecting and sales conversations
- Mentor agents through real estate transactions
- Continue your own real estate sales activities
- Recruit, develop, and grow your real estate team
We're looking for an experienced agent with strong communication skills, practical real estate knowledge, and a genuine interest in helping other agents succeed.
This is a commission-based opportunity that combines coaching, individual real estate sales, and team development to create multiple potential income sources.
