Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Peptide Chemist located in Mobile, AL. The Peptide Chemist will conduct laboratory work, perform research and development (R&D), execute quality control protocols, and carry out analytical tasks. The role will involve meticulous planning and collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes and advancements in peptide-related products. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment while contributing to innovative projects in the field.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including laboratory operations and maintaining protocols
- Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure compliance and product reliability
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Background in Research and Development (R&D) and the working knowledge to conduct experimental research
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field or (Experienced with Autodidacticism motivation and proof of working knowledge)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- More than basic familiarity with peptide synthesis is a plus
- Commitment to safety and adherence to laboratory regulations
