Franchise Relationship

Position Summary

Management positions are available at our restaurant, covering shift leadership, department oversight, training, service excellence, food quality, and people management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and upper management.
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, sales promotions, and proper service procedures.
  • Maintain quality and safety of food, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.
  • Hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize & motivate employees.
Qualifications
  • Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule.
  • Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Starting wage up to $15/hr benefits include:
