Management positions are available at our restaurant, covering shift leadership, department oversight, training, service excellence, food quality, and people management.
Responsibilities- Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and upper management.
- Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, sales promotions, and proper service procedures.
- Maintain quality and safety of food, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.
- Hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize & motivate employees.
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule.
- Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Starting wage up to $15/hr benefits include:
