Position Summary: A Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and building customer relationships through excellent service and sales techniques. Key duties include product merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. The focus is on customer service, sales, and teamwork.

• Maintain fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and build relationships.
• Assist with shipments, restocking, merchandising, and pricing.
• Provide a positive, energetic impression to customers with a positive attitude.
• Follow all company policies and embrace service and product training programs.
• Ensure visual standards, daily restocking, and appropriate merchandise presentation.
• Help prevent theft and maintain a neat sales environment.
• Organize the store as directed by management and perform other duties as assigned.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent command of English for effective communication.
• Basic fashion trend knowledge and enthusiasm for retail customer service.
• Problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours during critical periods; adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
