to join our partner MyMobile’s retail team.
As a
Verizon Wireless Store Manager for
Victra/My Mobile , you will be working directly with our Wireless Retail Sales Associates to insure they have the training and professionalism to educate our customers on the Verizon Products and Services we offer and guide them through the selection and sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail store management environments, understand how lead, coach and inspire a dynamic team of sales associates, create outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, and is driven to exceed your location’s goals and objectives as set by both Verizon Wireless and the Victra/MyMobile.

responsible for:
- Perform as a role model for all employees in the location
- Develop a team through continuous training
- Achieve personal sales goals as well as assist with closing sales and customer service
- Drive sales performance through coaching and training
- Stay up to date on all industry information and technology
- Maintain and enforce all visual, housekeeping, and appearance standards
- Maintain all location operations including by not limited to inventory, daily paperwork, scheduled, and loss prevention
- Conduct employee reviews, meetings, and trainings
- At minimum, a High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless businesses.
- Muli-unit management experience is a plus.
- Proof of achievement in prior sales management and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
- Have the drive to work in a commission sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have the availability work guaranteed full-time hours.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
- Must undergo a Background Check as required by Verizon Wireless.
