This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Mobile, AL. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including driving sales, achieving customer satisfaction, training and managing team performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and implementing loss prevention strategies. The role involves creating an engaging shopping environment, managing inventory, coordinating store merchandising, and leading a high-performing team to deliver excellent results in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Strong skills in communication and customer service with the ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
• Proven experience in store management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge and experience with retail loss prevention strategies and protocols
• Ability to create a positive team culture and inspire team members to deliver excellent performance
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient operations
• Relevant retail or management experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus, but not required
