A sales manager at a small store is not an administrator. You are on the floor, at the desk, and in the inventory, usually all three in the same hour.

Working deals, managing and developing the sales team, keeping inventory and pricing coherent, handling trade appraisals, and setting the tone the floor works to. At a store this size the manager is also a working salesperson more often than not.
