Job Description

As a Lead Cybersecurity Sales Representative at Honeywell, you will utilize your sales expertise in Cyber Operational Technology (OT) to develop cutting‑edge security solutions specifically designed for our clients’ unique needs. You will drive sales, identify and generate cyber‑security opportunities focused on OT within the Southeast U.S., and foster client satisfaction through technical presentations, workshops, and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or exceed an annual quota of $5–$7 million, including setting targets, timelines, and analyzing market trends in the OT security sector.
  • Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the OT Cybersecurity market using advanced prospecting techniques and industry intelligence.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients across targeted industry sectors, understanding their unique OT environments and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development) to design and deliver tailored Cyber OT security solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current on OT Cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance requirements; continuously enhance knowledge of products and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to communicate the value of OT Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and metrics; analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business leads.

Qualifications Must Have
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in selling complex security solutions.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in the OT Cybersecurity sectors.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity products and solutions applicable to Operational Technology environments, including network security, incident response, and risk management solutions.
