As the Account Manager, Indirect Sales, you will join a rapidly growing, elite team positioned at the center of the Mid‑South’s technological renaissance.
Your role is to cultivate strong partnerships with agent partners and empower them to bring C Spire’s best‑in‑class solutions—voice, Internet, data, and cloud—to enterprises across our footprint. Backed by industry‑leading marketing, award‑winning IT teams, and a robust solutions portfolio, you will have all the tools necessary to convert opportunities into long‑term business alliances.
- Prospect, acquire, and manage partner and customer accounts within the indirect sales channel.
- Maximize revenue through B2B sales efforts with a progressive, growth‑oriented technology company.
- Foster collaborative, lasting relationships with customers, partner agents, and the communities we serve.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead list management, networking, customer appointments, referrals, and door‑to‑door sales generation as needed.
- Manage partner commissions and collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets associated with sales productivity and pipeline growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- At least two years of proven sales experience, including quota attainment, forecasting, and appointment setting.
- Outside B2B sales experience.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or Internet services.
- A college degree.

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory as business needs require. Must be able to sit for long periods and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen.
