Retail Technologies, Inc. (RTI) is a solutions company specializing in shelf edge printing and marketing to self-service retail businesses nationwide. RTI provides industry-leading sign and label printing software solutions, shelf edge labels, talkers, display signage products, printer hardware and supplies, and shelf fixtures.

Location:

Mobile, AL. Weekly hours:
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm in office (not remote). Weekends and major holidays off. Compensation: base salary starting at $30,000 plus commission to reach $40–$50K annually. Benefits: 100% paid Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance;

• Assist sales teams in answering incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Make outbound developmental sales calls to current customers and prospects/leads — minimum 25 calls per day.
• Enter and process orders for eCommerce, Call-in, and Email orders for shelf edge media products, printer supplies, and software maintenance & support.
• Update customers with order confirmations and tracking/delivery information.
• Utilize CRM software/customer database, INFOR, and Quick Books to manage customer accounts and sales. Training provided.
• Collaborate with RTI colleagues in other departments to service customers.
• Coordinate with RTI vendors and distributors to facilitate product fulfillment and delivery to the end user.
• Maintain high computer literacy and clear communication.
• Demonstrate telephone sales skills as part of a consultative sales approach.

Additional duties include:

• Excellent customer service and customer retention skills.
• Entering and transferring data in the sales CRM database.
• Proficiency with MS Windows OS including Outlook and Office suite.

• Very computer literate; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Telephone sales experience preferred.
• Ability to use MS Windows OS including Outlook and Office suite.
• Polite, friendly, self-starter attitude with phone/email outreach to engage customers and offer RTI products and solutions (consultative sales).
• Excellent customer service and retention skills.

Retail Technologies, Inc. is a Mobile, AL based software company specializing in providing sign and bar-code label printing solutions to retailers nationwide. Business-to-Business sales experience is preferred.
