About the Role:

We’re hiring motivated Sales Reps to help families find the right life insurance solutions. You’ll work with qualified leads (no cold calling), meet clients remotely, and build lasting relationships while growing your career.

• Meet with clients and learn about their needs
• Present simple, tailored life insurance options
• Build strong client relationships with ongoing support
• Track your sales activity and hit goals
• Stay compliant with company and industry standards

• Sales experience (insurance or financial services preferred)
• Great communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• High school diploma (college degree a plus)
• Life insurance license (or willingness to get one)
