What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and sell XFINITY Residential products and services through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products, features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns to effectively engage customers
  • Build rapport with customers by evaluating their product needs and making tailored recommendations
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast's offerings and advantages over competitors
  • Maintain physical requirements of the job, including traveling door-to-door in various weather conditions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to meet physical demands of the role, including walking considerable distances
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales
  • Knowledge of alarm systems and relevant licensing, if applicable
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology
