Sales Coordinator — Hotel

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role acts as a link between sales, operations, and clients to help maximize hotel revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team
  • Handle sales inquiries, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and CRM systems
  • Coordinate site inspections, sales calls, and client meetings
  • Follow up on leads, tentative bookings, and confirmations
  • Assist in the coordination of group bookings, events, and conferences
  • Liaise with departments such as Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and Finance to ensure accurate execution of bookings
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentation materials
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are properly documented and filed
  • Handle client correspondence professionally via email and phone
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in hotel sales, reservations, or front office is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude

  • Lead response time and follow-up effectiveness
