Overview
- Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud and support safety and environmental program compliance in assigned store(s).
- Utilize tools to minimize loss, including identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring store security, auditing Electronic Article Surveillance, and driving a shrink-elimination culture in the store.
- Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify in criminal and civil court actions.
- Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and perform duties in a manner that minimizes risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
- Demonstrate integrity at all times, respond to asset protection and operational concerns, and stay focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting asset protection and operational responsibilities.
