If you have hands-on experience across multiple construction trades—from drywall and painting to flooring, carpentry, and more—we want to meet you. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As a Construction Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver top-quality results on residential projects.

Your day-to-day may include:
• Performing skilled work in multiple trades: drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Reading and following project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members, subcontractors, and supervisors to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in general construction or multiple trades (drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and basic personal tools. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
