Daily Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry
• Framing with steel studs (wood is limited)
• Familiar with plans and layout of projects
• Assist with remodeling, drywall, steel studs, blocking, insulation, and acoustical ceilings
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and follow safety guidelines
• Have hand tools
• We have a hand tool reimbursement program to help you buy your own

Required Skills

• Experience in carpentry, including working with hand tools and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for various projects
• Knowledge of steel studs, remodeling, drywall, and acoustical ceilings installations
• Able to take direction from Foreman or Superintendents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation, or ability to be on time
• Willing to work extra, receive overtime pay and ability to lift over 50lbs

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with all finishes, cabinetry, and carpentry projects.
• Can work on renovations, build outs, ground up, or light industrial jobs
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment and safety protocols
• Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and operating equipment needed for this role

Salary And Benefits

• Minimum Salary: $36,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $80,000.00
• Health insurance, 401(k), health savings accounts (HSAs), and holiday pay
