Job Description

CTR Group is seeking a Marine Fitout / Joiner local to the Mobile, AL area. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Pay: $34

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Layout joiner items such as bulkheads, doors, ceilings, shelving, and consoles
• Fabricate joiner components from drawings
• Install joiner items including walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and galley equipment
• Fit and assemble ship components such as decks, bulkheads, and ceilings
• Perform insulation of deckheads, side shells, beams, and ducts
• Ensure proper finishing and alignment of installed components
• Repair or replace damaged joinery items
• Maintain compliance with maritime safety and quality standards
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in carpentry, metalwork, and use of hand / power tools
• Ability to measure, cut, shape, and join materials accurately
