• Secure trailers on lifts and dollies for maintenance and repair
• Perform tire and brake maintenance, including rebuilding braking systems and trailer components
• Dismount, balance, and mount tires, as well as occasionally road‑test vehicles
• Use proprietary electronic pre‑inspection and repair checklist to assess vehicles
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to assist in additional areas as necessary

• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of repair experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
• Basic computer skills
• Regular attendance and punctuality

• Previous experience in a repair technician role or similar position
• Familiarity with U‑Haul equipment and standards
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift and move items weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a moderately risky environment with safety precautions
