Pay Rate: $13.80/hr

How will you make an impact?

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure they enter or leave their gate safely and on time.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials. Some items can weigh up to 75 lbs.
• Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist with aircraft push-in/out, baggage loading, and delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and on-time departures.
• May clean the interior of the aircraft and service lavatories.

Who are we looking for?

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license (some restrictions may apply)
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and days off
• Flexible to work additional hours on short notice when needed
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willing to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Enjoy working under deadlines and have an interest in the airline industry
• Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and friendly
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English fluently
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
