We’re looking for motivated, safety-minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With hands‑on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay , you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.
What We Offer- Hands‑On Training Program : 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
- Paid Orientation & Training
- Weekly Solo Pay : $1,200–$1,500 on average
- Home Time : Every 2 weeks
- Long-Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must have completed a 120‑hour CDL school
- Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
- No recent major moving violations
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months
- No Clearinghouse violations – SAP drivers not accepted at this time
