Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service

Pay Rate: $13.80/hr

How will you make an impact?

• Guide and direct incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely entry or departure from gates.
• Load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Drive ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts to assist with aircraft movement and baggage handling.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and on-time departures.
• May clean the interior of the aircraft and service lavatories.

Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL
  -compliant state driver’s license or passport (some restrictions may apply)

• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and days off
• Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when necessary
• Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 75 lbs
• Willing to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Enjoy working under deadlines and in physical outdoor jobs, with an interest in the airline industry
• Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and friendly
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
