A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing and responding to inbound customer service and order processing contacts for One World Directs' many client's. The role of the CSR includes but is not limited to answering customer questions, solving customer issues and completing order processing. A CSR is expected to exhibit a high level of quality customer service consistent with OWD guidelines.
CSR's may at times be asked to take on additional responsibilities such as problem forms, manual orders or other duties as assigned.
- Order Entry
- Answering customer service related questions
- Taking inbound calls/chats/emails
- Staying current on client changes
- Some Up-selling and cross-selling involved
- Typing and computer skills, with general knowledge of Microsoft windows.
- Ability to clearly communicate
- Must be able to work closely with other employees
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to learn about different clients and a variety of products
- High school or GED equivalent required
- Previous customer experience preferred
