Construction Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee a real estate project in Modena, coordinating on-site activities and ensuring alignment with safety, quality and schedule targets. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver project milestones and flag risks early. You’ll apply construction management best practices to keep the project on track while maintaining high standards and regulatory compliance. This is a hands‑on position at a global firm that values collaboration, safety and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities Oversee construction from start to completion

Schedule deliverables and assess cost implications

Ensure compliance with building regulations and HSE practices

Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors

Track progress and align with cost and schedule plans

Meet contractual performance conditions

Review daily progress and prepare status reports

Plan proactively to prevent and resolve issues

Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

Ensure quality construction standards in Italy and appropriate techniques

Qualifications / Experience2 to 6 years of experience in construction management

Ideally experience in real estate

Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

Understanding of all facets of the construction process

Competent in conflict and crisis management

Leadership and management skills

Excellent time and project management skills

BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field

Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory)
